This co-ordination and senior administrative role is crucial for providing corporate support office-based activities within Divisional, Function, or Cluster local offices. Key responsibilities include the development and implementation of business administration systems, preparing documentation for various purposes, and maintaining critical registers such as Serious Further Offences and Freedom of Information. The role also encompasses significant duties related to Health, Safety & Fire regulations, acting as a Single Point of Contact/Estates Liaison Officer for the buildings, and undertaking risk assessments and coordinating fire drills.
