Job Description

We currently have a number of HCA & Phlebotomy shifts available at GP Practices throughout Buckinghamshire. This is a crucial role supporting patient care within the National Health Service.

Duties for Healthcare Assistants (HCA) include a broad range of responsibilities such as NHS Health checks, performing ECGs, phlebotomy, wound care, administering adult vaccinations, and conducting diabetes checks. For those with specific expertise, Phlebotomy-only positions are also available, focusing solely on blood collection services.

• Proven experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Phlebotomist.
• Ability to perform NHS Health checks, ECGs, and wound care.
• Competence in adult vaccinations and diabetes checks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
