Job Description

You will lead the NPS's efforts in cultivating a professional approach to managing networks and stakeholders, thereby establishing a core delivery mechanism for the NPS and its external relationships. This includes taking an authorship and commissioning role in forming new, effective partnerships, developing a consistent relationship management approach in line with HMPPS guidelines, and experimenting with innovative processes across the NPS. Additionally, you will coordinate NPS input into cross-Whitehall processes and systems, ensuring cohesive operational delivery and effective integration.
