Job Description
As the National IOM Partnership and Stakeholder Lead, you will be instrumental in driving the development of Integrated Offender Management (IOM) across England and Wales. You will act as an adviser to Deputy Directors and their Divisions, helping to target their input and navigate complex partnership landscapes, with some national travel and overnight stays expected.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience of successful stakeholder management, particularly in a multi-agency environment.
- Proven track record of implementing successful change projects within complex organisational structures.
- Operational experience of working in a Probation setting.
- Possession of NVQ Level 4 or equivalent in a relevant subject, or appropriate practical experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
