Ensure your LinkedIn profile is updated to reflect your professional experience and is tuned for UK employers.

If you are a foreign applicant already in the UK, make sure your cover letter explicitly states your current visa status and right to work. For all applicants, having a clear and professional DBS certificate is essential for NHS roles. While an NMC PIN isn't required for an HCA, any relevant certifications or training should be prominently featured.
